About the Role

This position involves providing hands-on assistance to residents in long-term care facilities. The ideal candidate will be able to work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care and services that meet the unique needs of each resident.

Responsibilities and Expectations

The primary responsibilities of this role include:

  • Providing assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming;
  • Assisting with medication administration and other treatment plans as required;
  • Offering emotional and social support to residents to enhance their overall quality of life;
  • Participating in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss resident care plans and share best practices.
Education and Qualifications

Applicants must hold a valid Personal Support Worker certificate from an accredited institution. In addition, they should possess strong communication skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
