Job Title: Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at GT AUTO.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet clients and visitors, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
  • Coordinate appointments and schedule meetings.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing and mail distribution.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
