As a Stock Supervisor, you will play a critical role in maintaining and supervising all inbound and outbound merchandise, as well as the organization of back-of-house stock and supply areas.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management: Ensure the stockroom is organized to maximize store productivity and monitor stock levels to support client advisors.
  • Stockroom Operations: Manage the stockroom organization to contribute to store productivity, in accordance with DG directives and procedures.
  • Client Service: Be a role model in providing the highest level of client service and represent the brand as an ambassador by promoting its values and ambitions within the marketplace.
  • Key Holder: Participate in daily store meetings to communicate current business trends, relevant updates, and motivate store employees.
  • Store Maintenance: Identify store maintenance issues, lighting concerns, and work closely with Corporate to report, catalogue, prioritize, and resolve areas that impact store structural function and image.
  • Inventory Control: Ensure receipt, quantities, tagging, deliveries of products, articles, and supplies in a timely manner.
  • Visual Merchandising: Prepare new items to be displayed in collaboration with Client Advisors and ensure replenishment is done systematically and accurately.
  • Loss Prevention: Maintain loss prevention standards through awareness and adherence to store policies and respond to Corporate regarding discrepancies, missing documentation, etc.
  • Inventory Accuracy: Guarantee the bi-annual store inventory accuracy and set up quantitative targets related to inventory control.
  • Supply Chain Management: Maintain full knowledge of all shipping and receiving procedures and paperwork distribution, including inter-store transfers, RTVs, and damages.
  • Store Operations: Manage Staff uniforms, order office stationery, drinks, and food, and coordinate with suppliers, control delivery, and invoicing.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of retail operations experience
  • Experience managing a luxury retail stock room
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Overall organization and attention to detail
