We are seeking a skilled Logistics Operations Supervisor to join our team at 4 J Logistics Inc. This is a permanent full-time opportunity with 35 hours of work per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless logistics operations.
  • Establish and maintain efficient work schedules and procedures to meet business objectives.
  • IDentify training needs for staff and provide coaching to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Train new staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Perform tasks similar to those supervised by others to stay up-to-date with operational requirements.
  • Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, arranging for repairs as needed to ensure business continuity.
Supervision

You will be responsible for supervising 11-15 team members, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.

Computer and Technology Skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
Work Conditions and Physical Demands

This role requires attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and tight deadlines. Overtime may be required.
