Job Responsibilities
  • Patrolling properties on foot and in vehicles
  • Enforcing property rules, city by-laws, and other applicable laws
  • Responding to incidents and emergencies
  • Conducting lockups and unlocks, and responding to alarm activations
  • Completing reports and documentation
Requirements
  • Valid Manitoba Security Guard license
  • Valid class 5 driver's license with a clean driver abstract
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in winter driving
  • Eligibility to work in Canada
  • Adaptability and ability to learn new tasks quickly
  • Professional demeanor and customer service focus
  • Experience with technology-based systems
  • First Aid/CPR and Use of Force training an asset
