Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Royal Shawarma. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service: Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, package take-out food, and serve customers at counters or buffet tables.
  • Customer Service: Take customers' orders, answer questions, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Inventory Management: Stock refrigerators and salad bars, ensuring that our menu items are always fresh and available.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with our food service team to maintain a clean and organized workspace, and to ensure that our high standards of quality and service are met.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
