About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and determined Master Data Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for setting up, cleansing, and maintaining our account and order data. This includes:

  • Setting up and maintaining operational service data for the implementation of Field Service
  • Reviewing and setting up new accounts and contracts
  • Processing account ownership changes, address changes, and cancellations
  • Using Microsoft Excel to prepare and execute mass data uploads into our CRM and ERP
  • Collaborating with Customer Service teams and Account Managers to ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in a role primarily focused on data entry and maintenance
  • Proficiency with Microsoft suite package, including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with SAGE and NetSuite accounting software (an asset)
  • Experience with Salesforce (an asset)
  • Experience working on IT projects (an asset)
