Job Description

Foiclon is seeking a skilled Siebel CRM Software Developer to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing CRM solutions using Oracle Siebel CRM and Adobe AEM technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop CRM solutions using Oracle Siebel CRM and Adobe AEM technologies
  • Develop business design documents, functional and non-functional requirements, and high-level application flows
  • Create detailed process flows, high-level screen designs, and wireframes
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze user feedback to design solutions
  • Develop user personas, user journey maps, and create wireframes and high-fidelity mockups
  • Research and apply industry best practices and demonstrate experience in developing use cases, business rules, and business requirement documents
  • Identify risks and provide solutions, create quality assurance plans, and write test cases
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience designing solutions with Oracle Siebel CRM or Adobe AEM technologies
  • Experience with developing business design documents, functional and non-functional requirements, and high-level application flows
  • Experience in developing functional design documents, creating detailed process flows, and high-level screen designs
  • Demonstrated experience with change management methodologies and 3 years of experience in Siebel or Adobe AEM solution implementation

  • Ability to develop and present new ideas and conceptualize new approaches and solutions
  • Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to work with others effectively in teams
  • Proven analytical skills and systematic problem-solving
  • Strong ability to work under pressure, work with aggressive timelines, and be adaptive to change
Public Sector Experience
  • Experience with Public Sector Transfer Payment (Grant) Model would be an asset
  • Experience with ensuring that corporate QA standards are followed and maintained would be an asset
