Job Summary

Echelon 56 is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Roadside Service Provider to join our team. As a key member of our emergency response team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch roadside assistance to our members, ensuring their safety and well-being in times of need.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to emergency roadside calls, providing battery boosting, flat tire repair, lockout services, and towing as needed.
  • Conduct basic troubleshooting and diagnostic checks to identify the root cause of the issue.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, often in extreme weather conditions, to provide timely and effective assistance.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional customer experience.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Automotive mechanical knowledge and experience with battery testing and replacement are highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of the local geography and ability to navigate through various terrain.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, with heavy lifting and exposure to extreme weather conditions.
  • Basic computer and keyboarding skills, with proficiency in using various software applications.
  • Valid Driver's License and a driving record that meets our company's standards.
