Job Title: Senior Construction Project Manager

The Green Life Retirement Residence in Trenton is seeking an experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to oversee the construction of our new residential complex. This is a permanent position that requires 5+ years of experience in construction management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project planning, budgeting, and team leadership.

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled construction professional who can lead our project team and ensure that the construction process runs smoothly. As a Senior Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for:
  • Preparing and submitting construction project budgets and estimates
  • Recruiting, hiring, and supervising staff and subcontractors
  • Planning and managing construction schedules and milestones
  • Coordinating with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
  • Ensuring compliance with building codes, regulations, and quality standards


Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful as a Senior Construction Project Manager, you will need to have:
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., construction management, engineering)
  • At least 5 years of experience in construction management
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
