Job Title: Construction Site Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to join our team at H&R Exterior Finish Ltd.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, ensuring that all work is completed safely and efficiently. This includes supervising workers, managing materials, and maintaining a clean and organized work site.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of construction workers, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Manage and maintain a clean and organized work site, ensuring that all materials and equipment are stored safely and securely.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections to ensure that all workers are following safety protocols and that the work site is free from hazards.
  • Manage and maintain a record of all materials, equipment, and labor costs.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all construction projects are completed on time and within budget.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in construction or a related field.
  • Proven track record of supervising and coordinating construction projects.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Physical ability to work at heights and in a physically demanding environment.
