Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Alarm System Specialist to join our team at TCP Simple Technologies Inc. As an Alarm System Specialist, you will be responsible for inspecting and repairing electronic equipment and assemblies, diagnosing faults, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and Test Electronic Equipment: Inspect products to determine the requirements for repair and test electronic equipment and assemblies to identify faults.
  • Repair and Replace Defective Parts: Repair or replace defective or worn-out parts and components using hand, power or specially designed tools.
  • Diagnose and Locate Faults: Diagnose and locate circuit, component and equipment faults to ensure prompt and effective repair.
  • Test and Adjust Repaired Products: Test and adjust repaired products for proper functioning and ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Provide customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 36 to 40 hours per week.
