We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate fitness coach to join our team at OneUp Fitness in Bedford.

This is a full-time position that involves working one-on-one with clients in a semi-private strength studio, utilizing innovative equipment.

As a fitness coach, you will be responsible for developing customized workout plans, monitoring progress, and delivering regular feedback to clients.

You will also educate clients on proper exercise theory, techniques, and form, motivating and inspiring them to achieve their fitness goals.

In this role, you will conduct initial fitness consultations, complete sales transactions for fitness packages and services, and manage your client caseload and scheduling.

You will work collaboratively with the team to provide guidance to clients regarding healthy lifestyle choices and support their overall well-being.

We are committed to delivering high-quality results to our clients in an efficient manner.

The successful candidate will have a passion for strength training, enjoy teaching others about fitness and healthy aging, and possess excellent communication skills.

A formal education in Exercise Physiology, Human Kinetics, Kinesiology, or a related field is required.

We primarily serve busy professionals and parents who struggle to find time for exercise and those who value improving their strength and fitness as they age in a comfortable environment.

The ideal candidate will be able to work 38 hours per week, including Mondays (7:30am-2:30pm), Tuesdays (11am-7pm), Wednesdays (11am-6pm), Thursdays (11am-7pm), and Fridays (10am-6pm).

As a member of our team, you will have access to continuing education opportunities, quarterly socials, and on-site training facilities for personal use.

We estimate the annual salary for this position to be approximately $52,000, based on the location and industry standards.
