A career opportunity has arisen for a Gas Bar Manager Trainee to join our Petroleum Team with Gas Bars in various locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understand and follow Heritage Co-op's Safety and Health Program and promote a Culture of Safety including all Food Safety standards.
  • Provide exceptional Guest service to our Members and Guests, living by our Brand expectations through our 'You're at Home Here' motto.
  • Collaborate with Team Leaders on displays and store projects.
  • Work with department Team Leaders and Business to Consumer Operations Manager to learn day-to-day operations.
  • Develop leadership competencies.
  • Servicing vehicles, filing propane bottles, and operating point of sale terminal.
  • Complete administrative duties for Gas Bars as required.
Requirements
  • You have exceptional Guest service skills with a positive attitude.
  • You have strong attention to detail as well as interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • You have previous Guest Service experience.
  • You have the ability to work effectively with others.
  • You have excellent leadership skills.
  • You are available to work flexible hours, which will include days, evenings, and weekends.
