Freight Haulage Professional

We are seeking a skilled Freight Haulage Professional to join our team at Manmarziyaan Transport. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of goods across various routes.

As a Freight Haulage Professional, you will be working as part of a two-person team or convoy to transport goods and materials. Your primary responsibilities will include arranging travel itineraries, making reservations, loading and unloading goods, operating and driving straight or articulated trucks, and overseeing the condition of the vehicle.

You will also be responsible for inspecting tires, lights, brakes, cold storage, and other equipment, performing brake adjustments, emergency roadside repairs, pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections, and relaying information to central dispatch. Additionally, you will need to record cargo information, hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption.

Your role is crucial in ensuring the safety and security of cargo, and you will be expected to tarp goods accordingly. You should have a valid Driver's License (Class 1 or A) and experience in the industry would be an asset. We offer a permanent position with a salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience.
