We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analysis and Systems Manager to join our team at Kabam. Key Responsibilities
- Data Analysis and Insights: Collaborate with FP&A and product teams to drive data analysis projects, leveraging statistical techniques and business modeling to extract trends and insights.
- Storytelling Through Data: Develop compelling narratives and visualizations to communicate complex concepts to stakeholders, utilizing tools like Tableau and Power BI.
- Strategic Advisory: Act as a key advisor to Finance leaders, providing data-driven insights to support strategic initiatives and operational enhancements.
- Systems Management: Oversee the administration, maintenance, and enhancement of financial systems, ensuring they support the department's analytical needs.
- Process and Compliance Oversight: Collaborate with technical teams to improve and implement financial processes and systems, maintaining a strong controls and governance framework.
- Innovative Business Transformation: Evaluate and integrate new technologies to enhance the analytical capabilities of the Finance department, leading projects to adopt these technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or Finance, complemented with relevant practical experience.
- Advanced degree such as a CPA designation or MBA is highly beneficial.
- At least 6 years of experience in roles focusing on data analysis, system design, and administration.
- Proficiency with SQL and experience in managing relational databases and conducting scheduled queries.
- Strong familiarity with business intelligence tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Demonstrated ability in analytical and conceptual thinking, particularly in analytical approach and problem solving.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively articulating technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven project management skills, with a track record of leading projects to successful completion and driving change.
Salary Range
The salary range for this position is between CAD$99,800 - $123,600. The salary of the successful candidate will vary within this range based on their knowledge, skills, and abilities.
