Motel Operations Manager

Establish a strong presence in our Shamrock Motel team as a skilled Motel Operations Manager. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of our hotel, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Your tasks will include:
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the work of our staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
- Develop and implement new procedures to improve the efficiency of our operations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any issues or concerns that our guests may have.
- Manage our inventory, ordering supplies and equipment as needed.
- Lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to excellence in everything you do.
- Post-secondary education in a related field (e.g. hospitality, business administration).
- At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the hotel industry.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
