As an integral member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide leadership to other healthcare professionals, making day-to-day clinical decisions on patient/family needs regarding assessment, intervention, discharge, and follow-up. You will also make decisions and advise team members on complex clinical cases, ensuring safe, efficient, and effective client care.

Key responsibilities include coordination of occupational therapy services within a program or service area, supervision of students and team members, and participation in program development and operational planning. You will represent the department on committees or programs, making decisions on staffing level requirements, workflow, and caseload priorities in collaboration with managers and other healthcare providers.

Required Qualifications: Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university program or bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university program and related experience. Active or eligible for registration and practice permit with the Alberta College of Occupational Therapists (ACOT).

Compensation Package: We offer a competitive salary range of $93,000 - $119,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes extended health and dental coverage, pension plan, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
