We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Community Leader to join our team at Canada Post Corp. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for promoting and selling postal products and services to the public and businesses in your community.
Key Responsibilities- Liaise with local community members to provide excellent customer service and promote Canada Post's products and services.
- Sell and promote postal products and services to customers, meeting sales targets and exceeding expectations.
- Manage the post office to ensure efficient operations, including administering mail delivery routes and managing postal revenue, assets, and values.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent, with experience in business administration and customer service.
- Owned or leased premises available one month prior to hire, suitable for a post office location.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of regulations and procedures for processing mail and providing postal services.
As a Community Leader with Canada Post, you can expect:
- A competitive salary of $24,624 per year, based on 32 hours of work per week.
- A leasing allowance of $2,578 per year to help offset the costs of operating a post office.
