Job Title: Construction Site Supervisor

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to join our team at KRJ13 Contracting Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to meet project deadlines and milestones.
  • Recruit, hire, and train construction staff to ensure that the team has the necessary skills and expertise to complete projects.
  • Estimate costs and materials required for projects and ensure that they are within budget.
  • Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed on site and that all necessary safety protocols are in place.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to ensure that construction work is carried out accurately.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Lead and instruct construction staff to ensure that they are working safely and efficiently.

Requirements

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a construction-related field.
  • Ability to work on site and travel to different locations as required.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Conditions

This is a full-time position that requires the ability to work on site and travel to different locations as required. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt to changing circumstances.
