Job Title: Insurance Broker

We are seeking a skilled Insurance Broker to join our team at Waypoint Insurance Services. As an Insurance Broker, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients receive the best possible insurance coverage for their needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure that all necessary forms and medical examinations are completed for insurance policies.
  • Monitor insurance claims and respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Offer information and guidance on group and individual insurance packages, risk coverage, benefits, and policy features.
  • Sell a variety of insurance products, including automobile, fire, health, life, property, marine, aircraft, and other types of insurance.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Hybrid work environment with a focus on customer service.
  • 37.5 hours per week, with a permanent employment contract.
  • English language proficiency.
