Job DescriptionDeville Technologies is seeking a skilled Welder to join our production team. The successful candidate will work closely with our team to meet company targets and contribute to our rapid growth.
Responsibilities:- The Welder will assemble metal parts using various welding processes, including TIG, MIG, and arc welding.
- Able to read plans and/or templates to ensure accurate assembly.
- Checks the welding quality and conformity of parts with manufacturing plans.
- Comfortable working independently for extended periods assembling large projects.
- Repair and maintain tools supplied by the company.
- Assist in packaging finished projects.
- Clean and organize the workspace daily.
- Minimum 1-3 years of welding experience.
- Fundamental knowledge of materials, metallurgy, mechanics, electricity, and technical drawings.
- Technical knowledge of assembly, cutting, welded constructions, weld process technologies, and weld control.
- Understanding of risks associated with operations, materials, and equipment used.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Organized and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work without supervision.
- Valid driver's license (clean driving record required).
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Able to lift 50-75 lbs.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
- TIG welding skills are an asset.
We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. This estimate is based on industry standards and market rates.
