About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our Measurement Data Integrity team in Calgary, AB. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and assessing the quality of measurement data on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and manage data from field equipment used for physically metered volume and energy quantities
  • Identify data integrity risks and partner with engineering and field operations to address asset risk(s)
  • Engage with customers and interconnecting operators to resolve measurement issues or manage temporary facility outages
  • Participate in month-end activities to finalize measurement data and meet multiple deadlines
  • Provide support to stakeholders on measurement imbalance root cause, measurement equipment failure trends, and data reporting to regulatory bodies
  • Develop and maintain excellent customer service standards, confidentiality, and working relationships with producers, connecting operators, and internal partners
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in Business, Accounting, or Engineering
  • 2-6 years of experience related to Analytical Equipment, Natural Gas Measurement, Commodity Scheduling, Field Operations, Nominations, and/or Gas Control
  • Demonstrated analytical, risk management, and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders
  • Consideration will be given to individuals with other combinations of education and experience
