About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer to join our team at TRIUMPH ROOFING & SHEET METAL INC. as a key member of our construction crew.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and Unloading: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by erecting and dismantling concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades.
  • Task Execution: Perform a variety of tasks, including mixing, pouring, and spreading materials such as concrete and asphalt, and assisting in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs.
  • Maintenance and Cleanup: Perform routine maintenance work and remove rubble and other debris at construction sites.
  • Site Safety: Direct traffic at or near construction sites and ensure a safe working environment for all crew members.
Work Environment

This is a physically demanding role that requires working in a fast-paced environment with varying weather conditions. The successful candidate will be able to work under pressure and handle heavy loads.

Requirements
  • Physical Demands: The ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and work in a physically demanding environment.
  • Work Experience: Willingness to train and learn new skills.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
