Bartender

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Baba Q's Smoke & Grill Restaurant Ltd. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our patrons.
Key Responsibilities- Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning the draft beer system.
- Customer Service: Serve food and snacks, provide recommendations on drink selections, and take beverage orders from serving staff or directly from patrons.
- Inventory Management: Order bar stock and maintain inventory and control of bar stock.
- Regulatory Compliance: Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations.
- Certification and Training: Possess a Bartender certification and have completed a Bartender/Mixology Certification Course.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in the field.
- Personal Qualities: Client focus, excellent oral communication, organized, reliability, team player, and positive attitude.
