• Prepare a variety of baked goods, including bread, pastries, and desserts, from scratch, using traditional techniques and recipes.
• Decorate and present pastries, cakes, and other desserts to ensure they meet the highest standards of presentation and taste.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels and order baking supplies as needed, ensuring minimal waste and maximum efficiency.

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar culinary role, preferably in a professional bakery or restaurant.
• In-depth knowledge of baking techniques, food safety regulations, and quality control procedures.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and creativity in food presentation, with a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Ability to work early mornings, flexible hours, or extended shifts as required, maintaining a high level of energy and productivity throughout.
