About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter Assistant to join our team at MASKEEN CONSTRUCTION LTD. as a key member of our construction crew.

Key Responsibilities
  • Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Site Preparation: Assist in erecting and dismantling concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades.
  • Material Application: Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt as required.
  • Support Services: Assist medical examiners, align pipes during pipeline construction, and help with drilling and blasting rock on construction sites.
  • Site Cleanup: Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants, and remove rubble and debris from construction sites.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • The role requires a high level of physical fitness and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Flexibility and reliability are essential qualities for this position.
Requirements
  • Experience in a related field, with a minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year of experience.
  • Permanent employment with a standard 40-hour workweek.
  • Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
