Job Summary

We're looking for a seasoned Geotechnical Engineer with 15+ years of experience in infrastructure or transportation projects. As a Senior Geotechnical Engineer, you'll provide technical expertise, leadership, and mentorship to our project teams.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide technical guidance on residential, mixed-use, and/or infrastructure projects as Engineer of Record.
  • Lead project teams in delivering geotechnical engineering solutions.
  • Interface with clients on project requirements.
  • Develop opportunities for future projects.
  • Mentor junior engineers in their professional development.
  • Participate in multi-disciplinary projects.
  • Support organizational initiatives.

Requirements

  • University Degree in Geotechnical/Geological or Civil Engineering.
  • Registered as a P. Eng. with EGBC.
  • Deep understanding of temporary excavation shorting design, slope stability assessments, and retaining structures.
  • Familiarity with software such as DeepEX 3D, ReSSA, GeoStudio (slope/w, seep/w).
  • Excellent communication, project coordination, and teamwork skills.
