Job Description

Project Manager

The Project Manager will be responsible for the comprehensive supervision and coordination of all the steps of a construction project, including collaboration with Health and Safety, planning, quality, cost, relations with clients, and collaboration with subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the successful completion of construction projects by overseeing all aspects of project planning, execution, and delivery.
  • Collaborate with the Construction Director to develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with Health and Safety teams to ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards.
  • Manage project costs, including procurement, invoicing, and payment processing.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
  • Coordinate project meetings, site visits, and inspections to ensure timely completion and quality of work.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, including performance indicators and metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Construction Engineering.
  • Member of a Professional Engineer Association.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar functions.
  • Excellent management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Valid driver's license and high geographical mobility.
  • Ability to adapt to high-stress environments and weather fluctuations.
What You Will Do
  • Represent the company on site and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
