We are seeking an experienced AI Research Scientist, AI Engineering and Operations to join our Data Science Team in Ottawa, Ontario. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between theoretical research and practical implementation, ensuring that AI technologies are not only innovative but also efficiently deployed.
Key Responsibilities- Leverage your expertise in MLOps to streamline the deployment, monitoring, and management of machine learning models, collaborating with data scientists and engineers to create robust pipelines for model training, testing, and deployment.
- Design and implement efficient, maintainable code for AI applications and automation tasks, driving automation efforts within the research organization and automating repetitive tasks, data preprocessing, and model deployment processes.
- Manage server infrastructure for AI applications and possess a deep understanding of the entire AI stack, including data collection, preprocessing, model training, and deployment.
- Develop compelling visualizations to communicate insights from AI models, effectively communicating research findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders, to translate research findings into practical solutions and tackle complex problems related to AI engineering and operations.
- 5 to 8 years of related experience.
- Proficiency in Python, automation, and server operations.
- MLOps skills.
- AI stack knowledge.
- Strong documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this position is $105,000 - $140,000.
