We are seeking a skilled Culinary Artist to join our dynamic kitchen team at Starlight Casino. As a member of our culinary team, you will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity and skills in a fast-paced and fun environment.

About the Role
  • Collaborate with our experienced culinary team to deliver high-quality meals to our guests.
  • Assist in food preparation, cooking, and presentation to meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Participate in maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.
  • Work effectively in a team environment to meet the demands of a busy restaurant.

Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a cook position or equivalent culinary experience.
  • Diploma or Certificate in Culinary Arts or equivalent education.
  • Foodsafe Certificate.
  • Experience with various knife-cutting techniques and knowledge of food safety preparation.
  • Ability to lift items weighted similar to a crate of potatoes and stand for long periods of time.
