Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Protection Specialist to join our team at Motosel Industrial Group, Inc. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our customers' personal data.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement data protection policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential data security threats and implement measures to mitigate them.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data protection is integrated into all aspects of our business.
  • Provide training and awareness programs to employees on data protection best practices.
  • Investigate and respond to data breaches, ensuring timely and effective mitigation of any potential harm.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in data protection, compliance, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, including GDPR and CCPA.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
