Job Title: High School Math and Science Educator

Oxford Learning Calgary Sage Hill is seeking a part-time High School Math and Science Educator to join our team. As an Interactive Coach, you will work directly with students to help them build their skills in math and science.

Responsibilities:

  • Teach up to 3 students at a time at different levels
  • Follow the Oxford Learning methodologies and philosophies
  • Filling in post-lesson notes
  • Completing daily student communication updates
  • Maintaining a friendly and professional manner at all times

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or similar certification in a relevant field
  • University students with tutoring experience will be considered
  • Teaching certification an asset
  • Good knowledge of the current Grades 9-12 math and science curriculum
  • Proficiency in Physics, Chemistry, and/or Biology is an asset

Work Schedule:

  • Evenings
  • Monday to Friday
  • Saturday availability

Compensation:

$17 / hour
