Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dishroom Attendant to join our team at Oliver & Bonacini Restaurants. As a key member of our Back of House team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our dish area and dish machines.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate dishwashers efficiently and effectively.
- Wash and polish all glassware and flatware to a high standard.
- Clean and sanitize all dish area equipment and utensils.
- Assist in receiving and stocking supplies and products.
- Ensure the safe handling and storage of cleaning products.
- Maintain the overall cleanliness and organization of the dish area.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Back of House Management Team.
Requirements
- Previous experience working in a dishroom or similar environment is an asset.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to take direction and work calmly under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Ability to spend 100% of the time standing.
