Job Summary: As Restaurant Director, you will oversee the daily operations of one of our locations, ensuring seamless service delivery to our customers. Your leadership skills will be instrumental in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement business plans to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency.
• Team Management: Supervise a team of 5-10 people, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to ensure they meet performance expectations.
• Cost Control: Manage labor costs, inventory levels, and other expenses to maintain profitability.
• Customer Experience: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
• Health and Safety: Implement and maintain strict health and safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory checks to prevent stockouts and overstocking, minimizing waste and losses.
