Our team of skilled and compassionate healthcare professionals is dedicated to providing personalized care to our patients. As a lymphedema/cancer rehabilitation Physical Therapist, you will be part of a collaborative environment that prioritizes teamwork and open communication.

About the Role

You will be responsible for evaluating, treating, and directing treatment for patients with cancer-related rehabilitation needs. This includes maintaining accurate records, collaborating with other healthcare professionals, and participating in ongoing education and training.

Responsibilities and Requirements
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop individualized treatment plans
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices
  • Meet the minimum qualifications listed below
Minimum Qualifications
  • Successful completion of those educational requirements as mandated for state licensure or eligibility for a license in Physical Therapy
  • Current State licensure or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
  • CPR certified
  • Lymphedema certification/experience required
