Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Accountant Assistant to join our team at JUNEJA CPA PROFESSIONAL CORPORATION. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and performing various accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accounts Maintenance: Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records, including ledgers and statements.
  • Payroll Preparation: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, as well as maintain related records.
  • Fixed Assets Management: Calculate depreciation and maintain records of fixed assets.
  • Journal Entries and Reconciliation: Post journal entries and reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy.
  • Reporting and Compliance: Prepare various financial reports, including trial balance and tax returns, while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
  • Skills: Attention to detail, ability to work independently, and strong organizational skills.
Working Conditions:
