Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning of guest rooms and public areas.
  • Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure they meet our high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure timely and efficient cleaning of guest rooms and public areas.
  • Train and develop housekeeping staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Prepare and submit reports on housekeeping operations and staff performance.
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in housekeeping or a related field.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment.
