Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Madura Dine-In. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our restaurant, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining high standards of quality and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet customer demands.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and address any customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators, and provide recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years, or equivalent experience
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, efficient oral communication, flexibility, and the ability to work as part of a team.
