Job Title: Garment Patternmaker

Ludhiana Boutique Ltd. is seeking a skilled Garment Patternmaker to join our team.

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative Garment Patternmaker to design and develop high-quality patterns for our clothing products. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of garment construction, pattern making, and textile science.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop patterns for various clothing products, including tops, bottoms, dresses, and outerwear.
  • Collaborate with our design team to ensure patterns meet design specifications and quality standards.
  • Estimate fabric requirements and create patterns for different fabric types and weights.
  • Mark patterns with size, identification, style, and sewing instructions.
  • Outline parts of patterns on paper and mark patterns to indicate details such as pocket placement, pleats, and decorative stitching.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in garment pattern making.
  • Strong understanding of garment construction, pattern making, and textile science.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Working Conditions:
  • Permanent position.
  • 35 to 40 hours per week.
  • English language required.
