Job Title: Crop Harvesting Assistant

As a Crop Harvesting Assistant with Mingo Farming, you will play a vital role in the harvesting of our crops. This is a physically demanding role that requires the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Apply fertilizers to crops to promote healthy growth
  • Cut and collect agricultural crops in a timely and efficient manner
  • Sort and separate fruits and vegetables into marketable and non-marketable lots
  • Clean greenhouses and other work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment
  • Assist in the loading and unloading of crops from vehicles
  • Perform other tasks as required to ensure the smooth operation of the farm

Requirements:
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy loads
  • Good hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Working Conditions:
  • Work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Exposure to dust, dirt, and other environmental factors
  • May be required to work long hours during peak harvesting seasons
