Pretty Good Painting is seeking a skilled Painter Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for preparing, cleaning, and sanding surfaces to be painted, as well as repairing cracks and holes. Your attention to detail and hand-eye coordination will be essential in ensuring a high-quality finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, clean, and sand surfaces to be painted
  • Repair cracks and holes
  • Measure, cut, and apply wallpaper and other fabric to walls
  • Erect scaffolding and swing stages and attach rigging
  • Apply paint, wallpaper, and other materials and finishes to interior and exterior surfaces
  • Order supplies and equipment

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Reliability and a team player attitude
  • Ability to work in various locations

Work Environment:

  • On the road job
  • 40 hours per week
  • Permanent position
