About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented High-Precision CNC Machinist to join our team at FOSTET MANUFACTURING INC. As a key member of our manufacturing department, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce high-quality parts with precise dimensions and tolerances.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate conventional and computer-controlled machine tools to produce parts within tight tolerances.
  • Measure and inspect parts using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers to ensure conformance to specifications.
  • Document and report any deviations from specifications and tolerances, and maintain accurate inspection records.
  • Collaborate with other team members to optimize manufacturing processes and improve productivity.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in operating CNC machines and interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve production targets.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy.
