About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to join our team at Mundipharma. As a key member of our Commercial Leadership Team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and leading the Health Solutions organization.

Your primary objective will be to develop and execute sales strategies that drive commercial success. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and deliver results.

You will lead by example, assume personal accountability for management decisions, and ensure quality and accountability within the business unit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of national sales strategies and initiatives
  • Drive business growth through effective leadership and teamwork
  • Maintain industry awareness and stay up-to-date on market trends and competition
  • Establish and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and customers
  • Collaborate with marketing to contribute to the execution of marketing plans and programs
  • Ensure operational systems and actionable analytics are used to evaluate sales activity and results
  • Monitor sales activities and results through comprehensive analytics and take action to address variances
