The Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Supervisor to lead our manufacturing team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production facilities, while maintaining a strong focus on safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a team of production staff to achieve daily and weekly production targets
  • Participate in audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Resolve employee issues through counseling sessions, investigations, or grievance meetings as needed
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including FSQA, Reliability, and Human Resources
  • Foster a positive employee relations culture by treating all employees with respect and providing a timely response to their concerns
  • Facilitate safety talks and task observations to promote a culture of safety
  • Perform administrative duties, such as payroll, scheduling, and shift reports
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education
  • A few years of comparable work experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Progressive leadership experience
  • Team player with a focus on collaboration and continuous improvement
  • System savvy and comfortable using Microsoft Office tools
