Job Title: Parts Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Parts Logistics Coordinator to join our team at No.1 Collision (Richmond). As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the logistics of our parts inventory, ensuring timely delivery and efficient processing of orders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize and maintain accurate inventory records
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of parts
  • Develop and implement efficient logistics processes to reduce costs and improve productivity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and improve overall performance
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on inventory levels, order fulfillment, and other key metrics
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in logistics, operations, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset
