As a Quality Control Supervisor at DreamFields, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our products meet these standards.

About the Role

The Quality Control Supervisor will work closely with the National Manager of Quality Control to audit, document, analyze, report, and improve quality management activities within the facility. You will be responsible for training, supervising, and leading QC Technicians who inspect products at all stages of the manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Train and supervise QC Technicians to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Conduct internal audits to identify process deviations and product deficiencies, and implement corrective actions.
  • Analyze customer feedback data to identify trends and drive improvement initiatives.
  • Support corporate quality leadership with continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure quality equipment is properly calibrated, used, and maintained.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 21 years of age and reliable transportation.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
