Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Deck Installer to join our team at Canada Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing exterior and interior prefabricated products, ensuring high-quality results and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install exterior and interior prefabricated products, adhering to specifications and blueprints.
  • Repair and service exterior and interior prefabricated products, maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements.
  • Document and prepare invoices and work orders, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Measure and mark guidelines for installations, ensuring precision and quality.
  • Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies, adhering to safety protocols.
  • Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment, demonstrating physical stamina.
  • Supervise other workers, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Utilize hand and power tools, maintaining a high level of proficiency.
  • Erect and install scaffolding, falsework, and other working platforms, ensuring safety and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience in installation and repair of prefabricated products, an asset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with up to 23 kg (50 lbs) weight handling.
  • English language proficiency.
  • Availability to work 30 to 40 hours per week.
