**Job Title:** Housekeeping Attendant

**Estimated Salary:** $28,000 - $35,000 per year

We are seeking a skilled Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at NPC/Sandman Hotel Group. As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our hotel rooms.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors to ensure a clean and safe environment for our guests.
  • Dust furniture and fixtures to maintain a high level of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture to ensure they are free from dust and debris.
  • Make beds and change sheets to ensure a comfortable and inviting atmosphere for our guests.
  • Distribute clean towels and toiletries to our guests, ensuring they have everything they need during their stay.
  • Stock linen closets to ensure we have an adequate supply of linens and cleaning products.
  • Clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances to maintain a high level of hygiene and cleanliness.
  • Handle and report lost and found items to our front desk staff, ensuring that any missing items are returned to their rightful owners.
  • Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items, providing excellent customer service and ensuring their stay is enjoyable.
  • Provide basic information on facilities and services to our guests, answering any questions they may have.
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers to maintain a clean and organized environment.
  • Wash windows, walls and ceilings to ensure they are clean and free from streaks.

**Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fast-paced environment with a focus on attention to detail.
  • Physically demanding role requiring frequent standing, walking and bending.
  • Must be able to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) occasionally.
