Cloud Security Software Engineer

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Cloud Security Software Engineer to join our team at SENIOR SPIRIT OF ROSELLE PARK. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of building cloud-native security software that delivers protection for 42,000 customers across 1.7 billion emails and countless file and chat transfers every day.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrable ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment, mentoring junior team members and contributing to a positive team culture.
Job Description:We are building the next generation of Mimecast protection products, leveraging the X1 platform to deliver seamless protection across all communication and collaboration tools used by our customers.
This role is responsible for delivering high-quality product features in the cloud, working closely with Product Management, UX designers, X1 platform engineers, architects, QA engineers, and the larger engineering team.
Candidates should have hands-on experience with Jenkins and building/maintaining robust CI/CD pipelines, as well as proven experience in designing, developing, and optimizing backend systems for data processing at scale within AWS.
